However, to be able to check on previous orders or to track your shipment, you need to create a user account. The information you enter will only be used for shipping and/or billing your order. You can send an email, go online and use our LiveChat service, or call 1-800-524-0777 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST to speak directly with a PC SYSTEMS representative. How do I order online? Find the product you're looking for by using the menu buttons located on the left of any PCSweb page. Once you find an item you want to purchase, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the "Quantity" box and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to the "Your Shopping Cart" section of the website where the quantity and product type you wish to purchase will be displayed. "To Remove an Item:" To remove any item click on the "Remove" button located at the right of each line item. "To Continue Shopping:" To continue shopping, simply click on any of the category buttons or click on the "Continue Shopping" button. Your items will be saved in the shopping cart while you continue browsing the site. "To Checkout:" Once you have finished shopping, return to "Your Shopping Cart" and click the "Checkout" button.
