Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you may process an order without creating a user account with PCS. However, to be able to check on previous orders or to track your shipment, you need to create a user account. The information you enter will only be used for shipping and/or billing your order.

Do you accept purchase orders?
We only accept purchase orders from our existing wholesale customer accounts. If you are an electrical wholesaler and would like to open an account, click here. Once your account is approved, we will create an open account for you to order by purchase order with custom product discounts. Please contact the sales department for more details.

How can I reach Customer Service?
There are several ways to contact Customer Service. You can send an email, go online and use our LiveChat service, or call 1-800-524-0777 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST to speak directly with a PC SYSTEMS representative.

How do I order online?
Find the product you're looking for by using the menu buttons located on the left of any PCSweb page. Once you find an item you want to purchase, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the "Quantity" box and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken to the "Your Shopping Cart" section of the website where the quantity and product type you wish to purchase will be displayed.

"To Remove an Item:" To remove any item click on the "Remove" button located at the right of each line item.

"To Continue Shopping:" To continue shopping, simply click on any of the category buttons or click on the "Continue Shopping" button. Your items will be saved in the shopping cart while you continue browsing the site.

"To Checkout:" Once you have finished shopping, return to "Your Shopping Cart" and click the "Checkout" button. You will then be asked to register so we can record your shipping and contact information to ship your products directly to you.

Is it safe to shop online with PCS?
Yes. PCS uses the highest standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security encryption technology to ensure that all of your personal information remains secure. PCS will not disclose ANY personal information to any outside entity for any reason.

Is there a minimum size order?
PCS does not have a minimum order.

What if I forget my account password?
If you forget your password just click here, enter your email address and click "Forgot your password? Click here to have it e-mailed to you." Your password will be emailed to you shortly.

Will I be charged sales tax?
State law requires us to charge sales tax for any product shipped within the State of California. If you reside outside of California, you will not be charged sales tax for your order. Government entities or companies with a valid State of California reseller's permit on file with PC SYSTEMS may also be tax exempt. Please contact sales for more information.
